- There was no chair inside the room.
- There was no closet.
- There were stains on the bedsheets.
- The internet was slow.
- Low water pressure of the shower and faucet.
- They did not lend the electric water heater.
- There were no provided slippers.
- The food was okay. They should have added more 'greens'.

- The staff were very accommodating!
- I was given 1 gallon of water for my whole stay.
- They provided a kit with alcohol and alcohol wipes.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, lacks of necessities in the bathroom. Hopefully you'll provide disinfectant spray aside from the sachet wipes. The internet which is a must, was very very slow - the worst actually.

I was able to connect on the wifi on my 4th day. No free bottled water, no toohbrush and toothpaste. Only soap, 1 facemask and 1 tiny alcohol wws given for my 7 days stay.
Food options were few and it was pretty expensive! Serving was small too. I don't know if I should recommend your hotel. Overall, I didn't enjoy my stay.

The room rate are quite high for the quality of service, especially hotel are used for quarantine facility. Internet are very slow, TV are not working, In every hotel bottled water, coffee (sachet) and kettle for hot water are ready to use inside the room, not as per customer request.

Very poor customer service ( food service and housekeeping) they do not attend the needs of the customers, they serve the food late, almost 2hrs waiting. The internet is very slow. Please improve everything
