Good food, good accommodation, kind staff, great ambiance, beautiful aesthetic rooms, and good amenities. I love our stay here in sure stay hotel not crowded the pool is also clean and beautiful. Will surely come back.

Would have rated a 5, however after we've checked in and as we're about to enter our room, I immediately saw 2 pairs of shoes inside so I closed the door right away. A staff was with us that time so he went to the front desk to check. Apparently the guests staying in that room extended another night. The reason given to us was that the staff during the previous shift did not endorse it to the staff during our time of arrival. Luckily the guests were not inside the room when we tried to enter. That would have been embarrassing.
We were upgraded to a bigger room since the room type we wanted was already fully booked. Room is very clean and spacious. Mattress and sheets are very comfortable. AC and Wifi working great.
And then..
as my husband and I were settled and just watching TV, a staff SUDDENLY entered our room. As soon as he realized there were guests he immediately closed the door. Few mins later the front desk called and apologised.
Crazy to have experienced both these incidents IN ONE DAY. HOURS APART. Clearly, something is wrong with their system.
I honestly would still consider coming back despite what happened because the room is very nice and comfortable for the price. And the staff are very nice and helpful. But what's stopping me is my concern on our safety.
Me and my cousins are very satisfied in our stay. From the friendly staff, good place, cleanliness and the pool is so nice to relax and chill. The rooms are also clean, organize and relaxing. We will definitely come back!
With its price, SureStay Plus is surely the best hotel in its category. For just a fraction of a price from nearby hotels, you get great service, clean and spacious bathroom, and good food. All of these are within reach at a very convenient location.
Furniture and tiles are pretty new and clean.
Bed was comfortable, soft and clean to sleep.
Poor unstable lighting, run by sensor in toilets, keep flickering in/out.
All in 1 shower was not solid built in properly, might break things if apply too much force.
Terrible soundproofing if you're looking for a deep sleep.
Clean hotel with modern facilities, quiet location, but still close to entertainment area, supermarkets and some restaurants. Reasonably priced both on cash and points. Elite status recognition could be improved. Overall can be definitely recommended.
