Vacation/Leisure turned out to be very disappointing at night. We were expecting better sleep specially with the Best Western name used by your Hotel. No door in the shower room was very dangerous for slippage of your tenants way too slippery when wet.

Very spacious room with fast wifi, working AC, warm, ambient lights, and clean and comfortable bed and beddings.
Toiletries are provided. Toilet has bidet.
Professional and accommodating hotel staff.
CONS
Some furniture (accent chair and some seats in the dining area) have signs of wear and tear, but not very obvious.
Limited parking space
Glass-enclosed toilet and shower doesn't give guests privacy.
There is a loud, humming sound inside the room where we stayed (could be water passing through pipes?)
The experience was disappointing. Same with my review in Agoda, the credit card system wasn’t working. Front desk wasn’t as formal when conversing. The room’s floor was wet when we entered. The hole behind the air conditioning was so big. TV only functions as radio. Phone wasn’t working. No hot water for shower. View at the window has hotel stuff (mattresses, pillows, etc.). On a positive note, we slept quite nicely.
In addition, they have parking space but not enough, we had to park at the side street. I don’t know if I forgot anything else but that’s the whole lot I can remember.
7 hours callung the hotel to confirm booking and nk one answered. Unresponsive front desk. Shower heater not working properly. Water heater for coffee not working. Sheets doesnt smell washed. Guests slippers just 1 pair when booking specifically is for 2 people.
All personnel encountered were professional, helpful and accommodating, from the receptionists to the maintenance personnel. Hotel is in area that has entertainment, restaurants within walking distance. Hotel both single/family oriented and rooms exceptionally modern, clean and with all amenities necessary. Will definitely recommend it.
Ibwas expecting an average hotel for the low price I paid on prebooking, I was very surprised, it's a very nice hotel and extremely great value for money. They rooms are very high standard and really friendly helpful staff. Also every room has a view of the pool, also it's 400m from the restaurants on fields ave, so far enough from the bars but good distance for food.
