The Orchid Inn is a relaxing place to stay. It’s always had a charm that’s difficult to describe. The staff are friendly, the menu has been updated, the rooms are comfortable. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Angeles City.

This was a great place to spend my two weeks in Angeles city I had a room around the pool but it would not have made any difference as all the rooms are very clean and close to the pool the staff are wonderful they really can’t do enough for you right down to taking your dirty laundry to get cleaned and Ironed the people I met there were amazing at the pool bar and restaurant they had all the sports on the TV’s or the lovely girls behind the bar playing great music the food is fantastic, I can’t wait to go back there. A special thank you to the Manager Kevin and his wonderful staff thank you so much for a amazing holiday .

Due to the amount of rain our golf tournament was cancelled. Needed to check in early which was no issue.
Staff were helpful and check in and check out smooth. Room was by the pool and very cool with no need for aircon.
I have stayed in all the various rooms over the years. They range from basic budget-friendly Standard Rooms, to luxurious deluxe poolside rooms. The true highlight of your stay here will be the management and staff-all excellent overall. These folks actually "Get It". This level of service is harder to come by in surrounding properties than one might imagine. A bonus is that its so close to all the action, yet remains a calm oasis within. Great food, great staff, great pool, great location. What more can one ask?

The Orchid Inn is located 1 block from all the action on Walking Street. There are no comparable hotel for the price in the area. Kevin the manager, heads a great team that are friendly and look after your every need. If something's wrong or you need help, expect a knock on your door within seconds. Even when I changed from another hotel to OI, a staff helped me bring my luggage over...with a smile. And unlike other places they have overlapping wifi coverage. So whether you're in your room, shooting pool, or eating a meal poolside, you can still check your email, do Google searches, or stream your favorite movies. I'd be remise not to mention the food. Top notch! And every Sunday evening a live band, that takes requests, and will allow karaoke as well. Also, I'd be remiss not to mention their liberal guest policy. It was never an issue.
Sadly, there is a lack of attention to detail. Orchid Inn is showing signs of wear that need addressing. The rooms are littered with chipped walls, old room service menus with outdated prices, gaudy artwork in the rooms, rusty/clogged bathroom fixtures, low water pressure and rust-smelling water, etc. All could be addressed with one team repairing room by room. Also, the pillows are horribly uncomfortable with hard foam, and impossible to sleep with. And, no blankets, just sheets. But, cleanliness was never an issue; great housekeeping staff.
Regardless of these minor issues, I plan to make the Orchid Inn my go-to haven while in Angeles City.
i wouldn't recommend if your going to stay here with your kids they will complain if your kids get too loud at the swimming pool and if your kids keep making noise they will get angry and start yell at your kids the staff is overall great but the only thing i didn't like it when i went to the restroom thats when they got mad yelled at my daughters when i asked about getting mad and yelling at my girls they denied it and said my girls were lying i would never go there again and they also had rats in the room they caught two mices iin my room after i told them i saw a mice in my room.
