Great location. I've been taking a large room (they're calling it 'a suite') on the 4th floor . Large room with two AC and two TV. Housekeeping keeping the room fairly clean and happy to accommodate your need. Hotel staff are great and very accommodating. the food is good and tasty as well and very reasonable priced!
Here are the other stuff. Bad water pressure on the 4th floor. Sometimes is just dripping ... no reason for that to be happened. The carpet in the hallways desperately can used a good shampoo as they are stained. I will come back again.

Room Tip: get the suite not so expensive

Superb hotel with almost 40 mbps internet .....

I was looking for a hotel with high speed internet and finally ended up here ....
Was amazed to find 40 mbps speed whereas most other places was like 1 to 5 mbps max...

Rooms was so spacious like a studio apartment ...balcony ...and a cofee shop and food attached in front of hotel and middle of walking street ....

Recommend it if you looking for hotel in middle of bars and one with perfect internet ....

I went here to eat but looking at it compared to the past it really looks much better and clean.
I ordered the Philippine breakfast Tocino and Rice and it is not the same as the real thing. It was cooked on a bbq so it was a bit black and dry. But the rice was nice and so was the egg.
This is a nice place to sit and watch the street activities but there will be a lot of beggars and touts around.
The staff are really good and friendly and are always by the seating area to serve when required.
There is also a button on the table if they are busy so you can order new things or just request the bill.
I guess the button will let the desk know i want the bill and they will start on it till the waitresses are free.
I never got a chance to use this as they were always there to help.

Great place and lots of choices to drink

Spent a few nights here at the end of July into early August. I had a ground floor room with a jacuzzi and sauna. Neither worked when I tried but I wasn't that bothered. The room has no window at all so if you want a view you need to wander out to the restaurant area and take a seat. Bathroom was a decent standard with a good shower. Bed was typically firm but comfortable enough and the aircon worked just fine. The only real annoyance was that the walls are a bit thin and the staff room is next door to the room I had so when they were in their talking or having a meal it was a bit annoying. Likewise if the connecting doors to the restaurant area were left open you could hear quite a bit of street noise.
Staff are friendly but not always that attentive so make sure to catch their eye if you want something. The restaurant is good and they serve great coffee. The ice cream they have is great as well.
Would I use it again? If I pass that way again I might well do and I would recommend it as an affordable decent option.
