The place was falling apart, full of mould and all I could smell was the toilet from my bed even though it was outside not in our bedroom. The pool feature was broken. The places was dirty and broken and we had a family of kittens going thought our bins and kitchen each day. Staff were nice but accomodation was not worth half what we paid. Our travel agent removed them from their booking recommendations and put forth a complaint and they responded with sorry it wasn’t to your expectation. Would never stay with them or their places again! I would of likes a part refund as it was just repulsive.

Booked in May 2019 for Christmas and new year, via Agoda. Didn’t tell us until arrival that they had overbooked us. No choice to take Nusa Dua sister propert 30kms away, for 5 nights of our 12 night stay
This property in Nusa Dua was in middle of nowhere with dangerous pool at villa. It was not the holiday we had booked. We didn’t want a holiday in Nusa Dua - so it was ruined for New Years where we were asked to leave restaurant at 11pm.

On return to two villa complex, it was in much needed renovation, gardens overgrown, electrical fittings a concern. We did appreciate the big pool between the villas and privacy.

It was my fourth stay at club villas but won’t be back, it is under “ new management/ manager”.
Agoda left it to accommodation to tell us on arrival at peak period that they had overbooked us and did not care. The accommodation did try there best but it was not good enough.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights for our honeymoon. The room was set up beautifully when we arrived with a rose on the bed, rose petals on the floor saying "I <3 U" and a rose petal bath. We had in room massages almost daily for only $30AUD for both of us, and they were such great quality with all the massage therapists being so friendly and kind. The villa has lots of room, was always beautifully clean. We had a lovely pool, poolside lounges as well as an additional seating area under the patio and a small dining table. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Club Villas, with the close proximity to seminyak's eat street, a short cab ride to seminyak beach and so many other incredible amenities. The only downside was the included breakfast at The Roots restaurant. There were very few choices on the menu, only a very limited selection of teas and the food was subpar at best. But everything else was truly wonderful throughout our stay and we would recommend The Club Villas to anybody looking to stay in Semiyak.
