Good value for the price. We stayed the night before our cruise and was able to park our car and get a shuttle to the port.
Accommodation was a C....horrible mattress, only two pillows and the A/C unit made an odd noise but the benefit of the shuttle and parking made up for the room Accommodation.

Room Tip: The one staff person was rude and if you asked him for anything he just walked away from you.

    We booked this hotel for a stay prior to our cruise. Included was a shuttle round trip. We followed the directions provided after our cruise to meet the shuttle and the shuttle did not pick us up. We called the hotel multiple times and were informed each time that it was on its way. After over an hour and a half of waiting and being the last cruises guests still waiting for pick up, we were told the shuttle had came and went without us. A group of 6 of us had all been very diligently watching and waiting for this shuttle and know it did not stop for us at the pick up location. The shuttle and hotel had our phone numbers and did not communicate with us and were aware we had been waiting based on our multiple calls to the hotel. We eventually gave up took two Ubers and was told by the hotel the manager was not in and would call us. We received no call from the manager despite calling hotel and sending emails for follow up. Very disappointed in being lied to and the poor customer service.
    Room itself so-so. No hot water for showers. No soap for washing hands, had to use the body wash.

    Room was extremely filthy. I still get grossed out when I look at the pictures I took. Tub was black and bathroom sink would not go down and when it finally did it was full of black hairs from previous guest and/or pets. Room was never cleaned even though in the computer it stated, Allergies to Pets! No hand-soap, No warm water, etc. I placed a complaint with Hilton’s corporate office. I was informed that it is a franchise therefore my complaint was passed over to the management office but I never heard from management or owner. No ADA Accommodations, only if available. Escalation Department blamed it on the fact that they were not able to accommodate as I checked in around 10 PM. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. I didn’t know Hilton’s standards are so low when it comes to independently owned franchises. I left messages and sent emails to corporate CEO, Vice-President, and others in Virginia. I was brushed off. I will definitely read reviews next time I stay anywhere. Definitely not even a ONE OVERALL.

    The hotel left us stranded upon our return from cruise and had to take an uber and paid 120$ to return to hotel.Horrible service . Do not go to this hotel. They also have horrible front counter service they have no customer service skills.

    The Hampton Inn is in a very convenient location with a good price. The front desk agent Robert was very nice and professional. He made travel decisions and recommendations of how to enter the city. Kudos to him.

    The room was cozy l, the breakfast was hot and fresh. The front desk guy name Robert was very friendly and helpful. Also I would recommend hiring more front desk agents like Robert very professional and funny.
