For the past few years Big Eds has been my birthday tradition. Delicious ribs and a frosty mug of beer.

We had lunch there, My husband ordered the Reuben Brisket sandwich. It was enormous. He had enough to take some home for dinner. Meat was tender. The fries are really good. They come piping hot and are a large portion.

Sorry to say, skip the pulled pork. Meat was dry, even though it was in sauce.

Service was good.

Although I’ve lived near Big Ed’s for many, many years, I had never eaten there until recently. Some friends organized a dinner for several couples and Big Ed’s was the place. I ordered the all u can eat baby back ribs. They were fall off the bone delicious. Now I’m looking forward to a return visit. It’s a very casual restaurant with a nice bar area.

So you go in and start with phenomenal salad and awesome bread. You can't stop eating it. Then the first plate of boneless runs comes. Tender, delicious. You order more because it is, afterall, "all you can eat". You order a second plate and it's a little bit...I don't know... tough. By the time you order a third plate, if you dare, you are pretty much eating lips and eyelids. At least that's the way it seemed to us.
