Very good Vietnamese food in a small, very casual eatery. We are not Vietnamese, but they bill themselves as serving authentic food, and judging by the staff and many of the other customers, I have no reason to believe they are not.
We love Thai and Chinese food, so thought we would add Vietnamese to our dining experiences. We were not disappointed. Confused at first, but not disappointed! The menu at first was mystifying. Remember, we are not Vietnamese! However, the owners must know that and there are pictures on the menu of many offerings to guide you along with the descriptions. In addition, the server is eager to help you if you ask for suggestions.
We highly recommend the summer rolls and the Vietnamese coffee!! We have been there twice now and have tried several entrees, all unique to us and all good. As with Thai food, the spiciness of some dishes can be overwhelming if you are sensitive to heat. Don't hesitate to ask for the heat to be adjusted to your liking if the server doesn't ask. Servings are ample and the prices quite reasonable.
We are so glad we found this place and even more glad we tried it!
