Valet parking - stood at the area for valet for quite awhile (10-15 minutes) before someone apologized saying he thought someone else was helping us. Interesting situation re obtaining a table. We called from home asking for a reservation - person told me there wasn't any. Everything was booked. Disappointed. Called back within a few minutes and asked again. Same story but they would try to work us in if we arrived shortly. We did but encountered the parking situation so half of our party of four waited by the car and the other two went in to sit at a table. There were several empty tables. We were seated near the back and asked about the others - they were reserved. Understandable and appreciative to have our table. We dined for close to an hour and a half - and one of the "reserved" tables eventually filled, but the others never had anyone sit at the table during our visit. After other diners left, a couple tables sat waiting to be bussed. For a restaurant SO popular it took two calls to obtain a table and being told the ONLY way to be seated was if we arrived almost immediately, it seemed odd to have dirty tables waiting to be bussed. Food: Delicious. All four had a different meal (steak with shrimp, salmon fish and chips, marinated steak salad, mahi tacos) plus the star appetizer: roasted brussel sprouts. These were outstanding and a large enough serving to share with the table. We enjoyed our food and loved the atmosphere. We would return but if the seating/reservation process is typical, someone should rethink the process.
