What a fantastic hotel. I love many hotels in Vegas but honestly, this place is perfect for families. (With the caveat being if you don't have little kids, be aware, there are a LOT of kids here). The service is impeccable - it is the Four Seasons - everyone is invested in making sure you have a great stay, the temp checks, masking and social distancing are on point, they are so kind to the kids, the pool is great with excellent food and drink service and is big enough to not feel crowded but small enough so you can see your kids at all times. Plus seats were always available for our family of four. We had a penthouse suite that was more than enough space and had fantastic views over the Strip. It was so nice to leave the Strip behind and come back to this oasis in the desert. And we could be in our room from door to door in less than five minutes. After walking through many casinos this week, that was a huge perk. Every single thing about this hotel was perfect for our family. They even had robes and slippers for kids (you request them through their teriffic app) and wrote the kids' names on the bathtub along with giving them free kid tote bags with snacks when we checked in. So thoughtful. I truly don't know what they could change. Outstanding experience.

We loved the Mandarin Oriental for our Vegas trips, but with its changeover to the Waldorf Astoria (and its somewhat iffy reviews), we thought we'd give Four Seasons a try. It's our favorite hotel brand, but in this case, I had been reluctant to stay so far down the Strip. Now that we've been there and back, I'm still of the opinion that it's farther from the heart of things than I would like.

But there are lots of good things to say about it. Every staff person we encountered was kind and hospitable. The rooms are nice... I wouldn't say the decor is dated, but it's also not especially sleek and modern. Suffice it to say that if you put a premium on clean surroundings and a comfortable bed, you should be happy here.

We lucked out on having nice weather during our late March visit, so we spent a lot of time at the pool. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and efficient... things got busy and they were hustling. We rented a cabana on the hottest day of our trip, which was an excellent decision.

Back to the location, which remains top of (my) mind: right before we left, I figured we'd be taking cabs everywhere. Once we arrived, I realized the glitch in that plan: since the shutdown, approx. 75 percent of the cab drivers haven't returned to work. And Uber/Lyft doesn't seem to be quite as much of a player in Vegas as it is in other cities. So we did end up waiting more than we thought we would. Not a deal-breaker, but something to factor in for the future. I will say that having the Mandalay Bay casino downstairs -- without having to walk through it when we didn't want to -- was nice. And being someone who loves to watch planes take off and land, having a view of the McCarran runways along with the Strip from our room was great!

Dear George_P_NewYork,

We appreciate you giving us a chance as you made the decision to stay with us vs. the hotels you previously selected during your visits to Las Vegas. Thank you for taking the time to review our property.

As a property located on the south end of the Strip adjacent the Mandalay Resort & Casino, we understand your sentiments regarding our location. However, most guests view it as having the best of both worlds - peace and serenity found at our oasis, just a short stroll away from the nightlife of the Strip. That said, with your Lyft and Uber taking a bit longer than usual, we can understand that frustration. In the future, should you wish for us to coordinate private transportation, please let us know and we'd be happy to do so.

We thank you for your comments regarding the service, our amenities and our clean surroundings. I will be sure to share those with my team.

Should your travels bring you back to Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, please do not hesitate to email me directly as I would be happy to personally assist with your reservation.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Kerns

Needed to see family in Las Vegas but wanted to stay as secluded as possible during the pandemic. The Four Seasons offered a safe, clean, and relaxing escape. There is no casino so social distancing was a breeze. The staff are welcoming while still being on top of making sure everyone has a great but safe time. As always the hotel was clean and luxurious.

My family absolutely loved the Four Seasons. It is the best non-smoking hotel on the strip! When we booked the room we let them know we were bringing a baby. They went above and beyond with a crib and baby gift basket including towels, diapers, a teddy bear, bubble bath set, and rubber ducky which we still use in every bath. It was a wonderful little extra that made our experience more memorable. The service was always quick and the staff were all very kind. There is a fantastic aquarium in the same building which is great for families and the food was always delicious. I definitely recommend the Four Season.

The rooms are fabulous and well kept! I have stayed here many times. The service is beyond amazing. We came for my husband’s birthday and he got sick while in Vegas. You wouldn’t believe how far the hotel went to help us. They couldn’t do enough to help us. It has been stressful being away from home with an illness but everyone at the hotel especially security, front desk and whomever responds to the message app have eased the stress. Four Seasons you definitely care about people and THANK YOU for everything!!!
