Some good things.
Very responsive/attentive staff via the chat app. Really love using the app. Overall the room we had was clean. Found some dust balls near the door hinges. Towels were plush. Could use better toilet paper. The ones we had felt like sandpaper.
And quick check in/out and fast valet to bring car around.
The not so good things.
Way too many kids here.
Looking for a getaway as a couple but soon realized this place feels like a day-care center. Even during the night at the Press outdoor fireplace, kids screaming/crying while parents trying to enjoy wine. They should have just stayed home.
Then there is the non-stop kids screaming and running up and down the corridors starting at 7:30 am.
We wanted to use the FS pool but at the sight of so many kids, we went to Waldorf instead. (HH Diamond member).
Here's the thing we heard. Mandalay overbooked their guests and hence sent some of their guests over to Four Seasons. Started wondering if these guests paid Mandalay prices for FS. Probably.
Then are we morons for over-paying to stay at FS? Makes me wonder.
Will we stay here again? Unlikely.More
