Finley Point was a wonderful campground. We were on the upper loop, which had fantastic views of Flathead Lake. The sites were roomy, with an asphalt pad, big enough for our 32’ fifth wheel. Each site had a fire pit (with a grill) and picnic table. The hosts were very friendly and kept it very clean. We didn’t use the pit toilets due to Covid, but I peeked in and they were spotless. We launched our kayaks directly from the dock steps. It was also fun to watch all the boats going by. The sunsets over the lake were amazing. This was one of our favorite campgrounds after full-timing for over a year.
The only negative I can think of, and at no fault of the campgrounds, is the neighbors who let their dogs bark incessantly. Most people are here to enjoy solitude. Our neighbors talked very loudly, possibly trying to outdo their dogs.

There were many docks. This State park is especially for going on a boat. There were many boats here! There were nice mountains.

There was a part of the hike where we walked amidst the trees. We had lots of shelter.

We enjoyed the lake. Someone was water skiing. That looked so good!

Worthwhile to visit this place! Wow!

We brought the RV trailer and boat and stayed 5 nights at Finley Point State Park. It was amazing.
Campsites 13-18 are down at the waterfront. Campsites 1-12 are up the hill and a small hike down to the dock.
Tenting sites looked nice too.

Finley Point State park is a small wooded park with a boat ramp, several boat slips (some with hookups) deer, restrooms, picnic tables and camping sites. The camping sites near the boat ramp had great views of the lake. The $6 entrance fee for non-residents on Montana includes in the fee for all state parks around Flathead Lake for one day. This unit (Finley Point) of Flathead Lake state park is about 4 miles off the main road. The other units have quicker and easily access to the park units. The park was very well maintained. The park was very quiet on Thursday afternoon in mid-September.
