One night stay. It’s obvious that the franchisee is trying to save money...3 hangars, 2 inches of water when we took showers, carpet in elevator very worn, 1 young person as night auditor, laundress and very overwhelmed. Swimming pool closed (indoor), no in room coffee, bathroom needs grouting. Stay elsewhere. Big bug on the curtain...had to get a second room.

Room tip: Look first.

We spent one night and we were very disappointed Old rooms, no evidence anywhere of COVID protocols, a train that wakes you up every three hours, very very small rooms.

I'd avoid this one at all costs.

Room tip: A good room doesn't exist at this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff was nice and very accommodating! Sheila was awesome! She made our stay here better than if she hadn't been working this weekend! She not only checked us in at the front desk but she was also the breakfast attendant. She was friendly & energetic!

The hotel is in need of updating in a major way! The beds, carpet, & bathrooms all in major need of upgrade! You know it's old when there's still a fan in the bathroom. The AC still comes out of the wall unit under the window that is not filtered because every time someone would go out the front doors & smoke, it came into our AC unit & blew into our 2nd floor room! YUCK!!! We could hear everything from the floor above us all night!

Breakfast was decent considering COVID-19 precautions were in place. Coffee, juice, milk, muffins, cereal, fruit, outmeal, & yogurt available along with a microwave. Not just pre-made up go bags!

Not a lot of parking available. Good location right off I-90 & for getting around Billings! Lots of shopping & restaurants close by!

Overall we would not stay here again until it is upgraded!

Pick someplace else. This is right next to busy train tracks. Started at 1230 AM. The roo.s are old and tired and look like motel 6. Parking is limited. They shut down their mini store with only drinks available. And they only serve muffins for breakfast.

Traveling through Billings and used Marriott Bonvoy points for a free night at this property because of the ratings. What a mistake! Upon arrival to our room found out the toilet didn't work and had debris and the room didn't look like it had been cleaned. Went down to the front desk and asked for a new room, which the manager accommodated and was obviously upset with whoever was supposed to take care of the rooms. Manager was very accommodating and probably the best part of the property. Went to the new room and although the room looked cleaner there was hair on the bathroom floor and crumbs on the carpet. Mildew stains in the shower also are forming, which to me means the cleaning is not being done correctly. Since we have been traveling, we took our Clorox wipes and Lysol and cleaned the room so we would feel comfortable since we weren't sure if we wanted to take our chances on another room. Not sure if we got poor rooms because we were using points and not money but I'm starting to question the Fairfield brand as one I will use in the future. Definitely not impressed...
