Stayed at this resort Sept 28 thru Oct 5, came to enjoy the outdoor pool with the 80 degree temps but the management closed the outdoor pool Oct. 1 with temps still in the 80s. Went to complain, they didn't care because they had not driven over 500 miles and paid the fees we paid. I am thinking the resort is there to serve the guests not because they want to close the pool! Very disappointed! They had tons of excuses! Also needed maintance 3 times and it was extremely noisy above us at 5 am everyday!

Room Tip: Ask for top floor, it was very very very noisy above us at 5 am everyday

The resort is outdated and the units minimally satisfacory. The location is outside of Branson and it takes 15-30 minutes to get the theatres. There is also a $10 per day charge for the use of wi-fi.The employees are pleasant.

If you don,t get a two bedroom your only view you get is parking lot not lake. they were sandblasting walk bridge got sand dust all over my car.Grout in bathroom floor was black,it was supost to be blue gray.

Thank you for being our guest and for taking a moment to share your experience with us. While our property does offer a great view of Table Rock Lake, not all of our units are able to face the lake. Our one bedroom grand units, along with our two bedroom units, do face the lake. We do want to offer our apologies for any dirt that may have gotten on your car, and we hope you shared any concerns you may have had regarding the cleanliness of your unit. Our team would have been happy to send our housekeeping out to address any concerns. We do hope that you enjoyed your stay with us otherwise as it is our hope to have you return!

$175.00 pet fee for 3 nights for a 5# dog . I don't mind paying a fee, but this is excessive. $25.oo internet fee.Room walls paper thin talk softly your neighbors can hear you,room above sounded like a country jamboree all the time. Must have had lots of kids or something. Very hard to find. Need better signs.

We stayed in building 4 on 2nd floor, had a "B" room which is the lake view units. We had a corner unit, the good was the expansive view, the bad was the noise from the outdoor ac units below on the corner of each building. The unit needs a good deep cleaning and the furniture is also in need of updating. This was a 1 bedroom unit, kitchen had 4 of everything but minimal pots and pans. Noise, you hear it from units above and adjacent. We enjoyed out time at Westgate you can't beat the views, location on the lake and convienence of the marina adjacen to the property.

Room Tip: request upper floor and "B" units that face the lake
