Great staff and right off the strip ; for me the only things that could be better and better water pressure in the shower and more variety of hot foods for the breakfast ; barely any breakfast items so we went out each day

One of the cleanest hotels ! Staff was all really sweet and helpful also. Pool and hot tub area was also very clean. Would recommend specially if you are traveling with children because room are spacious.
We found our room to be surprisingly clean for the price. The bathroom was outdated and the wall-unit heater could use a good cleaning. It took a couple of hours to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The staff was friendly and the pool was great.
Staff was incredibly rude, griping about the manager in the halls/elevator. hotel was not nearly as nice as we had hoped. carts to take luggage up kept falling apart. room was fine, beds were not comfortable and sheets were worn out and did not stay on the bed well at all. the breakfast was a standard continental breakfast, pretty bland and they were out of most of their stuff. overall, highly disappointed in everything except the location of this hotel. with so many other options in branson, i would not recommend staying and have no intention of staying again.
Hello Ms-Happygolucky1-Sorry your stay wasn't what we had hoped for. Our beds were replaced 2 years ago, and we receive many compliments on them daily. Sorry the staff was rude, out in the hallways, I do instruct them to be as quiet as possible while cleaning activities are under way. Breakfast includes many great things included Jimmy dean sausage egg and cheese biscuits, bagels, fresh fruit, 3 types of juices, toast, 3 types of cereal and of course fresh coffee. Sorry this stay did not work out, keep us in mind in the future. Kind regards The manager
This hotel needs some serious TLC. The nines are strong. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were large; but lit with a strange yellow light. Our room had a whirlpool tub; but the controls had been removed.
Weekday breakfast was cold cereal and muffins. On the weekend, they added eggs and biscuits and gravy.
The pool area had standing water in the entry way causing the wood to rot. Paint was peeling from the hot tub. The tint on the pool windows was applied poorly. It makes the windows look like they’re cracking. Three nights there ; and the pool and hot tub were never the same temperature each night.
It is right on the edge of town as you come in; which is convenient. I don’t feel like this is what I would expect from the Wyndham brand. I feel like I could have spent a little more and got a lot nicer room somewhere else in town.
This was a great place to spend a couple of days. It's convenient to both Tanger and the Landing, very comfortable beds and pillows, friendly and courteous staff who are genuinely glad to see you. Super reasonable price.
