Anniversary Weekend Getaway

The Chateau on the Lake has been an absolute GEM of a find. We have never been here and we’re pleasantly surprised by how wonderful our stay has been. We have had five star service, the room was amazing, we got a complimentary upgrade to the Vice President suite, and the views and setting are absolutely stunning. We can not recommend this place enough. It is a must see and stay.

Château is a beautiful hotel on table rock lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Château on table rock lake! It was our first time to Branson Missouri and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment in the bar was excellent and the bartenders were friendly and helpful as we sat at the bar several nights watching our Houston Astros in the World Series. The hotel is beautifully placed overlooking the lake and there is so much to do in the area. We had dinner on the paddle boat, saw a wonderful show in Branson one night, ate dinner at the unique Mel’s diner serenaded by all the wait staff, zip lined… But our favorite is the Osage restaurant at top of the rock simply incredible. Be sure to include dogwood park it was the absolute best day of our trip stunning natural beauty

Room tip: We wanted a view of the lake so paid a few dollars more and really enjoyed the view!

All splash, no hash!

$300/night for a lake view suite where you have to go in the bedroom and stand in front of the window to see the lake. Tiny bathrooms. In the main dining room no drinks until after meal finished. Staff decided not to service room so we had to make special request just to get normal service. This place cares only about the money you are spending, definitely not you!

Excellent as usual

We spent two nights at the Chateau. Not our first time there, but we appreciate the staff and the way it is kept up. We would highly recommend the Chateau to anyone. Their food is superb and the wait staff excellent. For breakfast Misha took care of us was right there if we needed anything.

There was no vending on the 8th floor and no mini fridge in my room. Hot tub was no suitable for more than four people, as there were not enough jets, and it was not warm enough. My overall experience was nice.
