Harassed by staff to correct their check in mistake including a call at 10:30pm! Room was moist and musty smelling and temperature control did not work.
Bed was lumpy from over use and clearly too old for Hilton brand standards.
Breakfast took 30 minutes to be seated and by the time I sat down all the food was either empty or crusty.
The location certainly does not justify the price tag of this hotel- it needs to be updated badly.

My daughter and I stayed here, for the second year in a row, for our annual shopping excursion. We actually had a better experience than last year.
We stayed in a 'double queen w/landing view' room. The beds and the room were nice and comfortable, bathroom clean, staff friendly and helpful.
We ate dinner and breakfast at L2, both meals were delicious. Couldn't have been better, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed.
We shopped all over Branson using the hotel as a base, and this year we even got a bonus! The Adoration Parade took place right outside our window.

My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel as a whole. The location was great, but when it was chilly outside, we were able to relax in a cozy and intimate environment with the Level 2 lounge and steakhouse.
The indoor pool was warm and the area was spacious and didn’t have you choking on chlorine fumes.

Dirty & outdated! I’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels that were cleaner than this. Our shower floor at home was cleaner than the one in this room! The shower head was absolutely horrible there was other people’s dirt left on the floor. There are not enough towels on the room to even put one on the floor to use for the shower. The toilet paper is as thin as it gets, I recommend using the tissues in the restroom because they are a little thicker. And to top it off you can’t even get a cup of coffee on the lobby. Had to wait until 6:30 for the restaurant to open. The bar staff was pretty good though.
