Showed up at 3 o’clock pm got our first room room 214 got in there with our two dogs noticed there was no smoke detector, it had been ripped out of the ceiling..

TV didn’t work, telephone didn’t work , then when we got back from dinner we were told that we had to switch rooms because the person that gave us our first room didn’t tell us that it wasn’t pet friendly row and so we had a complaint that our dogs bark..

But there was a very friendly front desk guy at 6 o’clock pm.. his name is Ed.. he was very very accommodating to us and he asked us if we would mind switching rooms and put us where the dog row was.. we were all fine and dandy with that but when we got into the 2nd room it was a great room all except for the mirror the bathroom had black scuff marks all over it..

But the gentleman Ed at the front desk he was accommodating anything and everything for us he was very friendly with our pets anything we needed or had problems with he was on it.. I think the guy needs a raise and you have a very valuable employee right there..

Plus there was a lot of hidden fees for instance when I checked in I wasn’t told until after I got there that there was gonna be a $25 nonrefundable fee per night for my pets and they were supposed to be in dog crates my dogs don’t go in crates or I wouldn’t of brought them

This was our first booking with this location Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Branson, Missouri and it wont be our last. We enjoyed booking a Condo, we loved having the 2 bed/2 bath condo with a full kitchen for a very low price. This is not a brand new Hotel & Suites, (keep that in mind) but it was very clean, and the Condo was fully stocked with everything from extra towels, showering supplies, hair dryers to pots and pans in the kitchen area. The parking area was very well lit and made us feel safe, we liked that ramp and stairs up to our room also has security lights for safety.
The breakfast offered during these Covid times were brown bags, we did not care about this, we went down the road and had fresh hot Krispy Kreme donuts and coffee (there are coupons everywhere for buy 1 dozen get free dozen from Krispy Kreme) keep in mind that there is a Pizza Hut mini location right next door for easy Pizza/Wing delivery! Hotel is located in a great area- has less traffic and noise, we were close to the attractions we were interested in. We will look here for future stays!!

Room tip: Condo area behind main hotel is very quiet

This hotel is certainly not the fanciest, but it is clean, the prices are reasonable and they have a relatively new staff that went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. From the time we stepped in to the lobby to the time we checked out, the staff treated us like we were their only guests. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, breakfast was not exactly spectacular, but that really didn't matter to us. What matters is a clean room, employees who care about their jobs and prices that are affordable. In looking forward to future stays at this hotel. This hotel is also in a great location-off the strip and out of the heaviest traffic but also very close to all of the attractions, restaurants, etc.

We got a handicap room 301 for my 81 year old disabled mother. The place was nasty, someone had obviously sat in the bed, carpet discussing, open the door your face is hit with mold. The shower leaks and is full of black mold. The locks don’t work and someone walked into our room when sleeping and said oops thought this was the office - couldn’t sleep after that - my elderly mother was up all night with a migraine from the black mold I booked and paid for 2 nights I have asked for a room change still waiting to hear on that one and it is 10:30 AM the next day. There are big spiders in the room we caught one and took it to the front desk he said oh thank you and took it saying nothing. Stay away from here at all cost I would have slept better in my truck. These are actual pictures taken today disgusting! Especially during covid the health department should shut this place down! I got this with my resort membership thinking of it was in there it would be nice - nope! I’m letting them know it needs to be removed

Facilities are worn, tired, and blah.
Room itself seemed fairly clean. Bathroom was clean. Room had an old motel smell. Probably used to be a smoking room at one time. Wouldn't be my first choice of hotels, but decent for the price.
