It was a really nice, new clean hotel. The kitchen was really nice but I didn't have time to cook and the front desk had some good menus to choose from. The glass showers are a nice touch! They have a shuttle to 3M which is super helpful if you are running late because parking on campus is difficult.

This hotel is new along with its neighbor, courtyard. Good space, clean obviously.
Good service and they took us nearby businesses and restaurants by shuttle.

Restaurants and supermarkets are in construction nearby (not too near so no noise)so once they are built it will be very convenient. Easy access to highway and restaurants in Woodbury.

We enjoyed stay here.

The Residence Inn brand is always reliable and a good choice. This particular property seemed to raise the bar on the RI brand. The interiors were uplifting and trendy. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and kind. Very good selection and will stay there again.

We spent one night here -- the hotel is only about a year or so old. Very near the highway, yet somehow feels a bit secluded.

Rooms are quiet, modern and conveniently laid out. We were in a queen -- enter into a very nice kitchen, with a full refrigerator, two-burner cook top, microwave, sink and small dishwasher. There was a long countertop with three high stools. It overlooked a small living area with a comfy couch and large desk. Sheltered off to the right back corner was the sleeping area. There was a "hall" lined with a closet and built in dresser into a large, bright bathroom.

A few misses -
1) no convenient place to hang winter coats. - no hooks near the door
2) no USB charger ports anywhere
3) noisy shower - there was a metal plate along the drain area and the shower head dripped -- making a very loud clanking noise (we put a towel down over the plate to silence it.
4) disappointing breakfast -- we had stayed at a Fairfield and two-nights at a TownPlace Suites the three nights before -- both properties had far superior breakfast selections. A make-it-yourself breakfast burrito on a cold, dry, and tasteless tortilla -- tepid scrambled eggs with dried out shredded cheese, spinach (nice) and one variety of very forgettable salsa. Nothing warm enough to convince the hardened commercial cheese to even start to melt. Pre-warmed tiny toaster type waffles. Large jugs of milk, not refrigerated. Some dried cereal, watered-down juice, and a couple of sad cartons of yogurt on ice.
5) sluggish front-desk service. Long wait to get someone to check us in (and then they made us move from one terminal over to another. Completely vacant front-desk area when we checked out and VERY long wait until someone showed up. No offer to print the receipt -- just a perfunctory comment that it had been emailed.

Nice place, comfortable enough -- but a lack of attention to the small details that could make a good property memorable..

Stayed here 3 nights in December. It is brand new and very nice. Room was clean and they provide a decent breakfast although the serving room is too small to serve all the guests efficiently. Pool and hot tub also was clean and relaxing. A good value all in all.
