Check in experience was a mess, check in was 3:00 and still not ready when we arrived at 3:30. Employees messing around, scaring each other. After visiting family and came back to the hotel, we had an awful experience with the front desk employee. We have filed a formal complaint due to the way the front desk clerk treated my daughter and her boyfriend and my husband and I. We had an uncomfortable situation in the pool room, went to the front desk and brought it to her attention. She said she had other things to do. In the meantime, the guy left the room. She then stormed into the pool room yelling at us, saying one of us had to get out of the hot tub now. We had no idea what was going on and asked her. She repeated the same way and went on to tell us if we were going to argue with her, we need to leave her premises. No one was arguing, she was yelling and we were all confused. She said something about only three can be in the hot tub at a time. Huh? We traveled hundreds of miles together in the same car, staying in the same room. So confused! We addressed the uncomfortable situation about the older gentleman that we were uncomfortable with, she then told us if we were really that uncomfortable, we would have called 911. What?
