We visited twice during our visit to Park Rapids and were treated to a great atmosphere, good service and a menu with creative and tasty choices. Our group had the California burger, the bison meat loaf, the walleye tacos and the Gouda Mac & Cheese. All were terrific and no complaints.

Casual atmosphere. We ate in the patio. Great basic food done well. Also a healthy selection of craft beer. I have some dietary restrictions which were very well handled. Friendly service but not over the top.

Was in Park Rapids recently and had lunch with my family at The Good Life Cafe. Boys ordered off of the kids menu which had good options and reasonably priced. My wife had a salad and I had the Turkey Avocado sandwich. It did take a while to get our food, but everything else was very good.

Everything here is beautifully presented, fresh, and served with a smile. No matter what time of day the varied menu offers great choices.

This is a great place to get Minnesota cuisine- walleye taco and walleye BLT. But the Wild Rice Casserole is the best ever and I’m a Minnesota girl. Reminds me of my mom’s. Wait staff is awesome and the environment is fun yet some private booths for a quiet lunch or dinner. You gotta try this place!!
