We've been going here almost once a week for the last month and so far, we've never been disappointed. The place has a homely feel to it, the staff are welcoming, friendly and very efficient. The food is very reasonably priced, the portions are just right and everything we've had tasted great. Special mention for the chips.... They are lovely. We'll be going back very soon!

We booked a table in advance for a meal for 4 people. We arrived at the pub, a big car park at the rear of the pub with plenty of spaces.
We were greeted by very pleasant bar staff who showed us to our table, then took a drinks order. We opted for the Christmas fayre menu. A three course meal. With a good choice of starters and main course and two choices of desserts. The waitress was lovely, so pleasant, and very cheerful.
The meal was served well presented and hot, good sized portions. The food was very tasty. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed it. They gave us plenty of time in between courses, which was very good. The prices were very reasonable. We will certainly return.

As usual, fantastic service and amazing HOME COOKED food. We had the Yorkshire pudding wrap and a cheese and onion sandwich. Huge portions, exceptional value for money. The sandwich came with fresh salad and homemade coleslaw AND chips - real homemade ones. The Yorkshire pudding wrap was lush! Beef that fell apart and lots of gravy, also came with chips. The staff are so friendly always go out of their way to provide great service. If you haven’t already visited what are you waiting for! 5*****

Perfect pub on the doorstep!
