We could not be happier with our two night stay. We checked into a large room overlooking the vineyards with views out to the valley below. We went into dinner immediately and had personalized service including discussions of local wines and cheeses that got us right into the 'mood' to learn more. We also got tips on where to walk and spent hours the next day walking into town and up to the three castles above town. Breakfasts were ample with a view of the vineyards and the valley waking up below. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer to take advantage of the pool and spa. Perfect setting for foodies and hikers who want a bit of pampering.

The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful places in the region and it seems as a good hotel with fine service, however internet connection is not good and we were very disappointed when we could not use the internet in the room.
You have to take it into consideration when booking this hotel.
Will continue.

David did everything from check us in to serve us at breakfast. He had a lovely, large
smile. Room had a large balcony with beautiful view. The room was large and confortable. Would stay here again as we were amongst the vines.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a balcony room on the top floor. View was amazing !

This was a lovely place to stay on top of the hill overlooking vineyards. The restaurant had panoramic windows and terrace. Our room also had a balcony and the views were superb. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was a bit out of date. It was serene and so quiet. Lovely position, helpful staff but a bit pricey.

I did not announce that I was a vegan when I checked in and that was a mistake. They have a typically French menu but no vegetarian options and at breakfast there were no milk alternatives or butter alternatives. So if you are vegan make it known before or upon your arrival. They did make a nice soup for me and a plate of vegetables and there was fruit and sorbet for desert. It was adequate and good but not creative.

For a quiet, romantic and pricey place it's good. The village of Ribeauville is lovely and the local wines are amazing. Highly recommended area to visit.

Stayed here for the bank holiday weekend and it was gorgeous. Great views. Really friendly staff. The bedrooms have a mini bar which is well stocked. There is a hairdryer and good selection of toiletries. The bathroom had a bath and shower. We had three rooms between us and the hotel kindly let us keep one of the rooms after check out time so we could use the facilities after having massages in the hotel. The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi and a patio outside of here to relax in.

The hotel is set in and amongst the vineyards. We hadn't hired a care and the hotel was a €130 trip from Basel airport and we were able to walk to the town for dinner. It took the quickest of us 10-15 minutes and a bit longer for others. It was a beautiful walk. The local food and architecture was influenced by the German surroundings. The local villages are really worth a visit too
