We enjoyed staying at this hotel the night before our vacation. We payed extra to leave our vehicle and have them shuttle us to and from the airport. The hotel is clean, comfortable and a very nice hotel. The staff (Hotel) were very friendly. Our issue was with our shuttle to and from the airport. The morning we were to leave was very early and had arranged this upon check in. We arrived in the lobby where there was no staff around at all. The van was parked out front so we knew someone had to be around. We waited for a while then checked outside around the van. Both the shuttle van driver and the hotel staff were sitting outside smoking. I am not someone who barks about others smoking, but when you have a scheduled shuttle time you expect staff to be prepared and ready for you. At the airport the driver gave us a business card to call for when we arrived back home. reminder, the time of our arrival was also given at checkin so they had an idea of a time we would return. Once we returned we gathered our luggage because in previous times the shuttle service (a different hotel) was prompt and basically sitting there waiting for us. So we gathered our luggage and I called for the shuttle. The young man (which was not from this hotel but the neighboring Holiday Inn) stated he would send the driver right away. We waited about 20 minutes before I called the hotel again and he sounded surprised that the driver had not arrived yet. He then stated he would send him again. Another 15 minutes went by and I called again, he stated the driver should be there momentarily. about another 10 minutes went by before the shuttle arrived. Now you would think after all this time the van would have been warm, just the opposite it was like he had just turned it on. no heat going at all. Then the driver sat at the airport like he was waiting for the van to warm up. he then had to use his phone for directions to the hotel. I had to tell him how to get to the hotel because he was going the wrong direction. After over an hour and half after we landed from our trip we were finally in our own vehicle and headed home. TERRIBLE service for shuttle service to and from the airport.

Room Tip: we enjoyed a King size room and was very adequate for a couple

We are glad to hear to enjoy your stay in our hotel. We are sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory experience during your stay concerning our park and ride service.. It is unfortunate when situations like this arise. We try to have our shuttles ready promptly, however upon return we can't always have a shuttle waiting due to the drivers also being our maintenance. We take every precaution to make sure that all guests are affected as little as possible. We hope you will consider us again when you are in the area.

This Hotel is outdated making it seem dirty! Rooms are small and TVs reception is poor. The pool was fine for the kids. If you are in the area there are much nicer places to stay at comparable prices.

Upon arriving a guy named Ed greeted me but long story short he did a ok job of handling my issues (broken refrigerator and I was suppose to be on the 1st floor but was put on the 3rd), and , the next morning a young girl (she appeared to be pregnant) she was not very nice seemed to be in a bad mood and did not want to help. She did help but was rude.
Anyway the girl at night time was very nice! I came back to my room at about 5pm and housekeeping did not clean my room (not a huge deal, but I just needed the trash removed an new towels) the gal was most helpful! Thank you!!
Anyway I usually never write reviews but I wondered why this hotel was cheap in price, now I know why, I will not stay here again.
The first night, loud loud people up and down the stairs until about 3am this was on a Monday. The next 2 nights were quiet. Room was ok carpet needs cleaning.

We always desire for our valued guests experience to be outstanding and we regret to hear that your stay was less than what you expected due to the service you received from one of the front desk and housekeeping staff as well as the noise issue on the first night of your stay. This is certainly not the kind of experience we would like you to have. Please know that we are striving to keep good quality of service in all aspects which is indicative to our standards and these have been shared to our management for further improvements. We hope for another opportunity to serve you again and exceed your expectations.

My room was clean, the staff was very friendly. Love the cookies! This property is convenient to the shopping area in the area and the airport; it is right next to a Meijer store where you can buy groceries and household items. The rooms are in need of remodeling, but the price reflects that. Bring ear plugs; you can hear everything through the doors of the room.

Room Tip: Stay on the top floor if you can.
