The rooms are remodeled and tidy. Every room has there own outside door which is very nice!
But At $129. Upon arrival A night, when their website said $122.. There is no one on sight 24/7. They could of put more insulation in the walls can hear people talk right through the walls. Don’t expect a hot shower after a day of sledding. The shower have a Scald guard on it so the water is barely lukewarm. So expect a colder shower. Maybe will return if issues are fixed.
Our rate does fluctuate based on availability. Our office is staffed from 7am to 10pm with an on call staff at night. We have had many compliments on how quiet are rooms are, the walls between the rooms are concrete. We do not use scald free shower valves, our hot water system is relatively new and does a great job with very few issues. One of the best parts of our recent ATV trip to the keweenaw Penninsula. We stayed in the "apartment". Very clean and had everything that we needed and more. Easy access to town for supplies and directly connected to the trails. Nice big fire pit and charcoal BBQ for evening cooking. The staff were wonderful, very helpful. We even got some help for the repair shop on site when we had issues with one of our machines. We will be back.

Clean motel, owners very friendly and accommodating. We stayed 2 nights came for a wedding but also took a drive to Copper Harbor to see the breathtaking fall colors. Highly recommend this for anyone traveling in the area during peak season! Wish we had more time to rent 4 wheelers and seek out all the trails. Highly recommend Trailside Lodge.

Highly recommend Trailside Lodge. They accommodated all our needs for ATVing and so much more. Location is in the perfect location to visit local site seeing. We will definitely be back up for another visit soon!

The rooms were recently updated. You can access the main trail system right from the property for ATV, UTV, and snowmobiling. Not too far from Lake Superior and a short drive to check out other destinations in the area.
