The new management at this location has made a HUGE difference, I believe. No more youths and lunatics hanging out and bothering families trying to have a decent dining experience. The service is prompt. You can opt to have your food brought to you and there are kiosks to help speed up ordering. Big improvement. I used to never dine here but now I do 2-3 times a week.

This is your regular McDonald's but you can get in and out of the drive thru quickly as they have too. Food is dependable and predictable but good!

I have lived in Reisterstown for 20+yrs. now and like most Americans I frequent the chain one way or another for convenience and consistent quality. This is not the case for this location. Despite resorting to written orders, calling their corporate office and consistent complaints....my order has been incorrect more than correct. The drive through is consistently slow and the source of many orders being correct. I applaud diversity but this place has gotten to the point where English isn't even interpreted correctly! The place is usually dirty and the food just slapped together to the point that I only will get a drink or limited items. This is consistent to the overall demise of the chain and if you don't believe me look at their earnings, stock values and related data over the last decade. It's just become a "nasty" place and not only Reisterstown but many of the franchises or company owned outlets. Ray Kroc is turning over "hourly" in his grave. My apologies to the millions of employees who try but your brand is no longer indicative of quality.

The wait is not long in the drive thru and the people are friendly. I go there often and there are very few mistakes like I find in other locations.
