All the staff at the front desk were first class! I stayed for 9 days and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Being military retired I have stayed in numerous but this location was top 10 I would highly recommend if you’re going to be in this area.

This place is disgusting and management/owners DO NOT CARE. The room smelled, stains present in multiple place and things falling apart. Found underwear behind the disgusting couch. The would not refund me and charged me for one night over $200 (cowards) so I worked with Hilton Corporate to get my money back for a whole 90 minute stay. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL! It is gross!
The location of the hotel is excellent. The need to sanitize the rooms to eliminate the order and to aid with the bugs. Front desk staff need to be more friendlier, be able too control the situations that may occur such as; door slamming, dogs barking, lord noises after hours in the hallways.
Felt like home very nice and clean staff was one of the best staff was on point I would recommend hotel to anyone mother father sister or brother they treated me like family hotel staff with very very nice help me with any problems you have major state very hospitable one of the best hotels I've been in
