Our stay was the result of an 8th grade field trip. I served as an adult chaperone. One of the 15 rooms we booked had water issues with a related bad odor and was changed out by management. The 2nd issue was with a safe not functioning, which management was notified of at 0700. When our tour returned that evening at 2200, nothing had been done about the safe and the person at the front desk didn't know anything about it. The 3rd and most significant issue was that one of the student rooms, which had 4 young ladies sleeping in it, had trouble with the latch and locking system. We were told management would not be available until the following day, the hotel was sold out, and there's nothing the hotel could do, which resulted in very tired students and adults packing up all of their belongings and switching rooms amongst ourselves. All of these issues are clearly things the management knew about prior to selling the rooms to our group. Very dissapointing, unacceptable and surprising from a brand that is so well known.
