I've stayed at this hotel for a week at a time several times over the last few years. Every time I have been very happy with my stay! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the amenities are very good. All rooms are suites, and I really appreciate the kitchenette during my long stays. The provided breakfast is very nice, and underground parking is available.

This small hotel was centrally located, staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was small but fine! I really liked that it was a small hotel without having to walk a mile to your room. the room was clean and had awesome amenities including kitchen and all the supplies, utensils, pots and pans needed! I had to work from this hotel and the Wifi connect easy and it was fast! I was impressed! Wifi was perfect. I did not enjoy the parking! its just weird and you can't get into the hotel easily, you need a key to get in and out of the door and the key didn't work! had to walk all the way around!

This hotel really was very clean, cozy, and new having opened in 2018. First I love how there is underground parking underneath the hotel. The rooms come equipped with kitchen stove, kitchens utensils, a microwave and full refrigerator. All furniture was good too.
The continental breakfast buffet is good enough but a smaller selection than other Marriott buffets. The hotels location is near the Washington DC beltway and only 15 minutes from FedEx Field.

This was a good location for a game at Maryland. The location is just off the beltway and there are some restaurants and other shopping within walking distance of the hotel. There was a security car parked in front of reception and this gave a good feeling. The parking lot is free.
The rooms were clean and the linens smelled fresh. Reception was friendly with information.
Seemed like a good location to stay overnight and catch a game at the University.

Multiple issues with this hotel and its staff.
First I was not greeted as Titanium member or offered a welcome gift. Under Elite Guarantee, I requested compensation of $25, Hotel refused to pay.
Second, hotel does not provide housekeeping everyday. I only got it once in 5 nights stay. Nothing about this is written in reservation.
Third, one night WiFi was absent. Nothing worked. Avoid this place, if you can.
