Very nice appointments and greats experience in spite of COVID-19, Would stay again. The staff was uniformly helpful and courteous, The lounge was superabundance with top quality food and drink. Excellent bartenders.

We stayed at AC Hotel Portland for a night during our way up to Acadia from New York.
Traveling during pandemic is not easy but glad to see all hotel staffs were wearing masks, room looks and feels clean as well. Valet parking was a bit on the pricy side, we found a parking lot that's about 2 blocks away with a better price.

What a great night! Followed up four days of skiing with a night at the AC in Portland and what a great experience. Corey at valet was very welcoming and chatted with us about our ski trip upon arrival. Layla was excellent at the desk. Didn’t have our room type available upon check-in and provided us with a great room (of a different type) with “the best partial view of the harbor in house.” We kind of teased the view when we first got to the room but we ended up enjoying the sunrise over the water the next morning which was incredible. We also told Layla our friends who were to check in later were celebrating a birthday and just mentioning it to them would be great. She got them a card and drinks at the bar which was so great and unnecessary. The next morning, Shamus was extremely accommodating and helpful. He gave us great recommendations and assisted us in holding our luggage and getting our car up. Start to finish, stay was absolutely great. Hotel is the tops in Portland!
