This is my second stay here, the first in a cottage, this time in a motel room. We chose the cottage for its advertised kitchen, which there was, including tiny stovetop, microwave, and fridge. Fully stocked with pans, plates, utensils, etc. The cottage itself was miniscule, with just enough room for one double bed and a tiny bathroom, as well as the tiny kitchenette. It was comfortable enough, and served the purpose.
This year, for less money, we have a motel room here. It's about twice the size of the cabin! With a microwave and fridge, it has all you need if you are just re-heating meals, plus a queen sized bed and a pull-out couch.
The grounds are lovely, and the breakfast is superb for a "cold" breakfast. There are multiple protein offerings, including hummus, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, peanut butter, and yogurt. The cereals include instant oatmeals. Milk offerings give you a choice of dairy or soy. And there are toasters for the variety of breads, bagels, and English muffins, with a wide variety of toppings.
The only reason I don't give this top rating is the old feeling, including the tiny bathroom that has you sitting sideways on the toilet if you are over 5'5". It works for me, but might not for others.More
