Happy with our staycation. Appreciate that they consider my 12 years old son free for both stay and breakfast. Really appreciate your consideration. Food is very good.

We came back again for dinner buffet because of the good service and very nice view of the city

Dear garrymichailtan,

Thank you very much for the fantastic review!

It's music to our ears that you were happy with your staycation. We're glad that the family loved the dinner buffet! Kids up to 12 years old can stay for free with their parents and enjoy breakfast as well.

We look forward to making your next mountain escape once again memorable!

The place is filled with both indoor and outdoor activities of all sorts. The area is well-secured and staff are very welcoming and compassionate. Kudos to the front desk staff who provided my friend immediate first aid and care for her hot water burn and to Kuya Marlon, the sports/activity guide/facilitator, for making my friends and I's stay simultaneously entertaining, educational, and memorable. Great stay overall!

Staying at this resort will definitely be a core memory for me.

I can’t rave enough about this resort. Stayed for 2 nights on their premier deluxe room overlooking the city.
The room comes with 2 twin sized beds, and one extra sofa bed as there were 3 of us staying. You pay an additional 1,500 for the extra bed which also includes breakfast. The room is as spacious and clean, comes with complete amenities. Sheets and pillows were super soft.

Staff - 5/5. Our stay has definitely been a pleasant one because of the attentiveness of the staff. They were very accommodating and friendly. I loved interacting with them!

The resort had a breathtaking view of the city. What captivated me the most was the view of the sun setting over the city. It was truly magical.

They also had 2 restaurants: one where you can have your dinner, and the other was the pool bar where you can get drinks and finger foods. Both were still overlooking the city which made your meal all the more enjoyable. Not to mention that it was very affordable.

They had 3 pools (4ft, 3ft, and 2ft) which, again, overlooks the city skyline.

I really can’t express how happy I felt during my stay. This has truly been one of the most relaxing and enjoyable trip I had in a long time. And a big part of it was because of the welcoming demeanor of the place and the staff.

Will surely go back to this place.

Room tip: Best to stay during week days so it’s not too crowded. Order their spare ribs - it’s their best seller.

Just got back from our first experience at Timberland Highlands Resort. This is the perfect venue for a family reunion. Most resorts that are local to the Metro Manila area (1.5 hours for everyone coming from QC and BGC) are not as nice as this. This truly feels like a 4 star resort feel with large open spaces for big groups to hang out. Usually places like this don't have good food or feel like you are "glamping."

Timberland Highlands offers a great package with buffet dinner and breakfast making it easier for a big group. They allowed us to make reservations in the Ridge Cafe to insure we were seated together and let us decorate the wall for our Christmas party. The food offered at the buffet for dinner were like any other hotel dinner buffet you may find at a 4-5 star hotel in Makati. We were impressed by the quality and presentation of the food.

Overall, the free wifi was dependable except in the bathrooms and stairwells.

There is a lot to do (basketball, verandas with great views, rock climbing, chess, pool, swimming pools for all ages, water slide, badminton).

Personally I would recommend staying in the deluxe rooms over the premier deluxe because of the room location to the activities.

The service was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and actually worked fast to whatever you requested, which is extremely rare here in the Philippines.

The only 3 negatives.
1. There's no cell phone reception at all about 5 min from the resort and throughout the resort, but there are signs pointing you to the right away since Waze will stop working. I wouldn't advise driving here at night.
2. The premier deluxe rooms is the newer building and is a hassle to go to. Definitely take the stairs if you can because there's only one elevator and for us, we had to take 2 elevators every time we had too many bags to carry down the steps just to get to/from our room. The layout of the building was like a maze. You have to go up and down flights of stairs to get to where you want to go.
3. The swimming pool was really dirty. My kids still enjoyed it, but my 4 year old son got a lot of bites on his back after just 30 min in the water.

Overall we would recommend this place. It's hard to find a place this nice close to the city.

Room tip: Don't go at night. There's no lights on the road and no cell reception about 5 min away from the resort.
