As a small business owner ourselves, we try to support locally owned small restaurant businesses. This fit the bill. Our waitress, Kylie, was warm, friendly, accommodating and as sweet as they come. Even the owner, Michelle, stopped by to make sure everything was good for us. We had the a generous glass of wine, the 50/50 - fish and shrimp, shrimp etouffee (a shrimp, potato, and corn soup that is advertised as “the best you’ve ever had” and is!) and a shrimp po boy. We enjoyed it all! As good as the food is, the friendly staff makes for a great dining experience.

Seafood great as always. Service is quick and staff is friendly. Cant say enough good things about the place.

I grew up eating a lot of the fine Cajun foods in Louisiana. Now, I travel all of Louisiana and eat at a lot good places. Philay's just went to my top five list of places to eat in Louisiana. Great Service and Excellent food. Highly recommended.
