First we wanna reply about the pool experience, which was close as you correctly said. On the property we have two pools, a small one with Jacuzzi (which stay opened, as the renovation was finished weeks ago) and then our big pool, was close during 5 days, unfortunately during your stay. The miscommunication or late information you had was our mistake, we certainly can admit it and apologize honestly for that as this is a fair complain.
However, and it's important to clarify it, our month of September was under room price promotion to cover the different renovations we did in the property, during your stay only 8 rooms were proposed like that every one can enjoy the small pool without being over crowded. Still it's a smaller pool.
Now for the free drinks, as per our manager Jo, as per the receptionist Aira and the other receptionist Cheska you had like every other guests the free cocktails or free happy hour drinks offered and you refused them all. So we cannot accept the part of your comment where we didn't offer you anything to complete our apologize for the pool closure upon your arrival.
TripAdvisor is a two way system, which provide our future guests real feedback and also a right of reply from the property. So it's important to provide real and true information and not just anger or targeted reply against "greedy owners" as you title it or repeated it in other website.
Our mistake was once again our late or non information about our main pool closure for renovation and we do apologize for that.
For our future guests reading this review, we wanna confirm that the 2 pools are fully opened since last week of September and ready for more years of fun.
