Trip was for a family event. Location was perfect and staff and rooms were perfect. Louisville is a beautiful town and our stay was enjoyed more because of the staff at the hotel. Will definitely stay there again

Hotel was very clean! Staff was awesome and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Didn't ever eat the breakfast so can't comment on that. Downside - being that we (and several other) families were there for a tourney that was several days long, we needed a laundry facility - there are only two washers and two dryers for the entire hotel(s). Outside grill area very nice for team parties and hang out spot.

It is attached to a Hilton Home 2, which I thought was odd. The hotel and rooms are attractive, well maintained and clean. Close to many food establishments. Four night stay was very affordable. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The only real downside was the breakfast. It almost seemed as if the regular person who works the breakfast was on vacation. Very limited in choices. Four days and no bananas, first day no forks. The things they did offer did not seem to be replenished as quickly as usual.
Our main concern is for all our guests to experience an exceptional stay and I sincerely apologize if we were not able to deliver this for you concerning breakfast. Our guests’ satisfaction is very important to us and we will look into your concerns. We are glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay and found our staff helpful. Please accept our sincere apologies and we hope that next time you are in town you consider staying with us again.
After traveling 500 miles, my family arrived to a 20 minute wait at the lobby front desk. This Hampton had comfortable beds and the rooms were very clean. We woke up starving and went down to the lobby to find they were completely out of Belgium waffle batter and the eggs had cold-to-the-touch blocks of cheese in them. I prefer Hamptons and am a loyalty member, but this Hampton was completely Average and leaning towards the Poor side.

Pool cold. Attached to the Home2 extended stay hotel.
Clean. Handicap accessible roll in shower drained well and was well designed.
