Excellent service with great accommodations and staff. Really enjoyed the staff and the breakfast was high quality service and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends who plan to visit the Louisville Kentucky area

Everything was new, nice, safe and clean, less than 15 mins from the convention center, quiet atmosphere, very nice plaza in the same drive way. Starbucks, Ulta, AT&T store, Kroger and places to eat all within walking distance

Room Tip: Rooms were clean and could not hear any outside noise

This is a very nice HGI with a very friendly staff. The staff is exceptionally nice. The bar and the bartender Jeff was fun for food and drinks. They have bourbons there that you rarely see in a hotel! The service was great.

We came to Columbus for the women's final four. We wanted to stay near the Polaris mall area as we had places we wanted to go around there. This hotel is in a good location with all the shopping and eating right in that area so you don't have to go far to shop or eat.

Terrible customer service at this hotel. Possibly the worst experienced. Management here needs to wake up, and after 40 years staying at hotels I can’t believe how disrespectful the front desk is.

From them not properly extending our stay by properly entering the information 2 days earlier, and being locked out to no pool access or an advertised non-existent whirlpool spa, the fail to communicate well with guests.

The pool was closed during normal guest hours, then being assured it would be open, find out it was still closed hours later.

Not only is there no spa, as indicated right in their guest directory, a sign exists by the pool that says pool and spa, and rules are posted for spa use. So naturally I assumed I just couldn’t find it and asked the young lady at the front desk where the spa was. She said, “what does it look like?” In other words telling me I’m an idiot for asking her where it was, in a terribly arrogant and snide fashion.

Management has no idea how to train their staff, or no idea how hats going on at the most unfriendly front desk I can imagine.

Never stay here unless you enjoy rudeness and attitude.

We as a management staff thank you for sharing this information. We have reviewed the signage and website and see where this is confusing. We closed the hot tub in the Summer of 2017 and deleted all verbiage of it in our websites and marketing materials. We obviously missed a few deletions. Your review has caused us to review every marketing information about the hotel and we have found some of the material you mentioned. We are working to delete this now.

Your review has also caused us to discuss your situation with the front desk staff. It is a huge training issue and I can assure you that this will not happen again. I am so sorry for your troubles and though I cannot take the experience back, I would like to work with you to make it as right as possible.
