my friend azam said "Some of the mates were very helpful at the time of trekking hills by offering dates, saline water, drinking water, etc. At the time of returning from Hamham waterfalls we were supposed to be very tired, but as a team we weren’t. After we had our lunch, whole team was singing. " so it was a hard journey but you will learn a lot from this types of journey

there are bigger waterfalls in Bangladesh but in terms of adventure n thrill i will rank it first..nearly 1.5-2.0 hr hike to reach to the waterfall..small tea shop and basic confectionery items are available..take preventive actions for leech...also one needs to hire a guide as it has become a policy by the local forest office

That was a great adventure to reach Ham Ham falls. We walked through the trail of hill and stream for two hours and suddenly saw the mighty ham ham inside the Rajakandi reserve forest.

It was really a cool trip. We started with an CNG from Sreemangal, 1500 Taka back and forth to the last village from which we started hiking. From there it was around 2 - 2.5 hours of hiking through the rainforest to get to the falls.
I'd suggest you to go as early as possible if you want to enjoy peacful silence at the hum hum falls. The first hour there was great because almost nobody else was there, but when we left there were around 20 people jumping and shouting and the whole place was just very crowded.

If it has rained recently/ it is raining the hike is quite demanding, because it's very slippy.
