My 80 year old parents love to drive over to the Frosty Boy for banana splits. The walk up to the window (Frosty Boy isn't open in the winter) and get their food, then go back to car and eat and watch the people. There is food. But mostly there is ice cream. And the high school kids drive in and socialize there on the picnic tables. And the mom and pop types hang out. Its a family, outdoors environment. You can eat at the Mexican restaurant next door and then walk over for ice cream. Its definitely part and parcel of the New Palestine experience. And there aren't a lot of places like this left. Don't miss out!
