I’d leave a no star review if I could! DO NOT stay at this hotel unless you want to sleep with bugs!! They were crawling around in the bedroom and bathroom. We asked for extra pillows they had none. There was no remote control to the TV and barking dogs all night long! If you like taking a SPIT BATH and standing in water while taking a shower, be my guest. I should have known when we first walked in and I tried to get some coffee. Both pots completely empty and the ladies working there weren’t even concerned abt the coffee much less anything else. When we checked out I showed the lady at the front desk the LIVE BUG we found crawling around in our room and she didn’t say, I’m sorry, apologize or say let me get you a refund...NOTHING!! Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in the United States. The last time I seen LIVE BUGS crawling around in a hotel room was in Mexico in 1979. You’ve been warned...stay at your own risk. I’d rather sleep in my car than go back and spend ANY money at that hotel. Over priced, overrated and just totally disgusting!!!!

We are Indy residents and returned from a trip to find our water turned off. Priceline sent us to Extended Stay. We know this chain from multiple visits to the one in Tigard, OR. We were courteously received at the desk and permitted to check in at 11AM, The room was clean, and the mattress was firm. This is no-frills: no in-room coffee maker, no hairdryer, and absolutely no utensils in the kitchenette. They offer a kit for same, but I believe there is an add-on charge for it.
The water pressure was good, and there was adequate linen. Wifi was intermittent, with no service the next morning. There was coffee in the lounge, but it had been boiled and had the resulting "burned" taste. Desk staff were consistently polite and helpful.
This facility is tucked -in behind a string of auto dealerships and is buried in shrubbery. We are locals, and even WE had a hard time locating it. There is no signage out on the main streets nearby.

When you go to Grandmas you know know what to expect. A Werther's Original, a bowl of chicken soup, and stories about walking to school in the snow up hills both ways. It never dissapoints When I booked the Extennded Stay America I had a good feeling to expect a crappy stay and the hotel didn't disappoint, just like grandma's.

Let's start with that ray of sunshine who checked us in. I asked if the room had a separate bedroom from the living quarters. She gave me a look like I had asked her if I could have one of her kidneys. Let's talk about the room. It's gross. Have you ever showered and felt more gross and dirty when after you stepped out. Well that's how it is here. I was in room 230, check out a pic of the desk chair. I don't need a blacklight to know not to sit on that pile of DNA.
Listen, I saw the reviews. I was warned. I have myself to blame. So consider yourself warned.
