Best hotel staff ever , Manager Jay and Front desk mananger mariah went above and beyond for us we been living here for 52 days and its been the best experience . clean rooms housekeeping is very thoughtful. the pool and gym is my favorite places
Me and my daughter been living here until we find our forever apt and the manager Jay is outstanding . Compassionate to the fullest he always making sure we are good and just overall the hotel is amazing its worth the price and if you are ever in the area definitely come here and you can also reserve ya room by signing up on the choice hotel app . Hotel is best hotel in town. Clean and friendly worker. Nice pool. Good hot breakfast. Enjoyed my stay. I will come back again. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. This is a 10 start hotel. One more thing the meeting room is so big it’s ready for your next event
This hotel is my favorite in indianapolis , from the staff manager and front desk lady Mariah our stay was amazing we moved here from Massachusetts and they make us feel at home. The housekeeper is on time and is helpful with what we need. The hotel Amenities is outstanding . Great rooms too !! Mariah is so Patient and Outstanding ❤❤❤ I stay here when my mom goes to work and I feel so safe. Nobody bothers you
The service was good and things were brought to our room on time as requested I also like the fact that manager immediately as were our services good and I told him yes like heaven very comfortable and dwan the front desk clerk was awesome and the helper Jose so thank u guys again
