I wanted to take a moment on behalf of the occupants of the 4 rooms that were occupied by our group (Lucas, Ray, Lockhart & Evans), to highlight the EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE displayed by Ryan and his team during our visit. Ryan anticipated our needs, was extremely knowledgeable of the area, and even assisted us during an emergency, all while maintaining a smile, fully embodying the Marriott standard, but most importantly made us truly feel like we were at home. As a prior Marriott employee, I know and understand the importance of the Marriott brand and culture, and it did my heart so good to see the core level of hospitality was and is still the top priority of the Marriott and its brand affiliates. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the rooms were very comfortable, but the best part about our stay started with the Ryan. Thank you Ryan for making us feel like family, and for quickly displaying just how much of an intangible asset you are to the Marriott brand, culture and its future. You are a Rock Star!!!!
