I wish I'd seen the other reviews that mentioned not having hot water before we stayed here as part of a wedding. There was no hot water in the sink or shower during our stay. As others have noted, the breakfast area ran out of food, coffee, and plates by 9AM on a Saturday. There was one staff member attempting to cover both the front desk and the kitchen. The general manager said they later checked and "there are no problems with the hot water."

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, plenty of room for my husband and I and our young adult son! Plenty of choices for breakfast.

The hotel is behind a number of weed covered derelict buildings, close enough to the highway to hear the highway all night. But the noise from drunken room parties are the real problem. They are short staffed and unwilling to address any 'sleeping' customers concerns.

Cons:
Breakfast: They did not seem to have a full-time person manning the breakfast area. They kept running out of food, dishes, coffee and condiments in which people had to go and find someone.
My sister went down before 9:30am. Breakfast was to go until 10:00am. There wasn't any dishes available except bowls and there was no food left.
The doors to the rooms could use some painting. Many had scratches on them which too away from the overall quality of the hotel.

The stay started out with a very dirty room. Cat food on the floor and the couch was covered in pet hair. The next room they gave us had a very dirty bathroom floor. The the last night we stayed one of the hotel staff was arguing with a guest very loudly in the hallway for at least 20 minutes and then when a mom and young daughter walked buy the worker involved them as well. Needless to say this hotel is a hot mess. I am only giving it one star because the outdoor patio was nice.
