We paid 5 months ahead of our check in date through Expedia. Got charged full price again + some when we checked in. Not a small fee to hold the card, literally the WHOLE amount again for the entire stay. At check out they tried to charge us AGAIN! After talking to someone else at the front desk who was very helpful at check out (unlike the person when we checked in). We were finally able to get everything squared away! The smell within the entire hotel was awful even in the room, and especially in the elevator!! Our shower door was broken, the bathroom fan didn’t work. We asked for towels to be sent to our room next to our last day, and none were sent up to our room. So, we had to again go down to the front desk and ask for towels. Our friends stayed across the hall from us. When they checked in and got into their room; they had a stain and a hair in their bed. I would never stay at this location again. After having this experience, I really don’t want to stay in another Hilton Inn ever again. It was truly awful, and the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel.
