This is a great Italian restaurant in Ft. Wayne, IN. The restaurant was located less than a mile from our hotel. Food was very good and the staff very friendly. Definitely worth a visit if in the area.

Another great experience at Cosa Ristorante today. One of my favorite places to great a great meal. Amazing kitchen, they always make me feel welcome. My server, Alexis was amazing and added to the experience.

Went here for the first time with friends. The meal stared with stale tasteless bread. Two of us ordered lasagne, one traditional and one "meat lovers" , both looked more like soup than pasta, and neither had any meat and were served in dishes from the oven with sauce running over the sides. The stuffed shells were just a big lump of cheese. The manager(?) was swatting flies with a dish towel as we waited for our food. We will not be back.....

I do not live in Fort Wayne, but visit here often. Over the years I have had dinner here maybe 20 times. Usually, it is excellent. But not this most recent time. My friend ordered Quatro Formagi, and it looked cloyingly heavy. My Carbonara was the worst that I have ever had. How so? The dish was made with prosciutto, not pancetta--a total misfire! The cheese sauce was soupy, like you would find in a, overly-wet batch of macaroni and cheese. Dreadful. As always the Casa salad was very good.

The service was fine. As far as the salad, we never have liked the Casaburo salad they brag about. It's okay if you don't mind white lettuce, pimiento, vinegary dressing and not much else. The bread was dried out and not warm enough to really melt the butter. I wouldn't even have called it day old bread. But the tutto di mare! No scallops, not many shrimp, mostly mussels and something that looked like cockle shells - hardly even any fish. The linguine, however, was done very well. We had hopes of a great dinner - like we have had at the original location.
