We stayed here for three nights and found it a great base for hiking in the area.
The cafe/restaurant downstairs provided a good breakfast selection and our evening meals. Please note that, whilst the food is good and tasty, the selection is not large, particularly if you are vegetarian. Since there are no other restaurants at the head of the valley, you don't really have much option but to eat there. To be fair, even though they have a virtual monopoly, the prices are realistic.
The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view down the valley
