Price went down for off season but service was flexible and friendly. We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves experiencing the architecture on the Chicago River from a tandem kayak.

The Urban Kayaks tour offers a unique way to experience Chicago. The two-hour tour features fun stories about the city’s history, the memorable architecture and the Chicago River itself. The guide, Trevor, blended entertaining and informative facts into his stories as we paddled up and down the river. The kayaking itself was easy to pick up, even for a first-time kayaker. The tour was a nice combination of adventure, culture and exercise, and I’d definitely consider doing it again.

Loved it! Second time coming with one of my daughters (ages 13 and 25). Really fun and educational. Great bonding while being outdoors and active. Truly get a new perspective on the city. The safety warnings sound intimidating but even a novice can handle it. The water is so much cleaner than it was last time I did this 9 years ago. I would absolutely recommend and do it again! Frank was a great guide. Really knows his history and was a great storyteller.
