Stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The Lounge is great; large, with comfortable seating, a bar, weekend breakfast buffet, a pool table and a fireplace. The rooms are great; we had a direct view of Wrigley Park. There's a Starbucks, Do-Rite Donuts, CVS and Chipotle very closeby, among lots of other places. There is a coffee shop in the hotel. The *negatives* would be related to the rooms: there was only a very lightweight white duvet with a thin blanket inside it. I had to ask for a blanket, which itself was also very lightweight. There was no fridge, microwave. There was a safe and complimentary bottles of water. The bathroom door did not have a lock. The shower doors are clear glass, and only one side opened. The shower water turn on valve is not accessible because it's behind the door side that does not open. You had to put your entire arm in from the open door, and in the process get your arm wet. It would be fine if you are ok being in the shower *while* the water is warming up.
