Very slow service. Inflexible. Menu was not clear whether is spicy or not. Vegetarian fried rice turns out to be spicy! Please avoid their seafood fried rice, not nice at all. Tried their stir fried bee hun and kway teow, not nice too. The safest choices are the beverages. There are people smoking in the restaurant, not so good. Ordered a large pizza but it turns out to look like a personal or regular pizza only. The flying noodles is very spicy. price is average.

Worthless choice. Order a steak came covered in terrible sauce, vegetables stone cold. Set it back as we also order a pizza. The Pizza had so much pepper on it you could not eat it. I lived in Thailand for 7 years, it was hotter than anything Thai. Overall a waste of money and time.

Just another chain that believes it can pass off sub standard food and service. My friend order a pepper steak and pasta meal very small size and again to much black pepper to be tasty. I have had police pepper spray in my mouth and not as hot as the pizza here, not enjoyable.

We took the pizza and noodles in this restaurant. Pizza tastes good and to our surprise, the "flying noodles" that we ordered is awesome, it taste good and was creative on the display as well. Nice ambience and friendly staffs. Worth giving it a try.

We were looking for vegetarian food. Wanted to go to Pizza Hut. This restaurant offers non-meat pizza. Was greeted with very polite and friendly waiters and waitresses. Very prompt service. Ordered Chendol and bubble tea. Love the pizzas. tried Cheesy pizza, and Banana Pizza with Chocolate chips, something which are not on the menu of Pizza Hut. Looked small for personal size, but nonetheless, were filling.
Delicious food at a cheap price!

The rating is for the food. As mentioned in the title, the place looked and sounded great as you walk through the door. Looks like they have a nice selection of western and local foods, with a decent drinks and dessert list to boot. The pictures on the walls and in the menu look great, and the prices were reasonable; a bit on the high side for Batam, but hey, it's a mall. We came on a Saturday night, and there was even a solo artist performing live on a guitar. So far so good.

When they served the food though, it all went downhill. There were 9 of us in our group, and none of us were happy.

I ordered the salmon steak with fries; I had wanted the one with spaghetti, but they said they were all out of the small pieces they served with the pasta.

When it came, it was a deep fried, overcooked, hardened mess. And if this is what they called the big piece, then the small piece must have been really tiny.

Five others ordered the Soto soup. When they served it, after a long time at that, we had to return it to the kitchen because the noodles were uncooked!

I tried some of the soup just to taste; it was tepid and bland.

One ordered the spaghetti, and I'm glad I didn't get that as well. It was noodles with gravy. That's it.

I'm not curious enough about the desserts to come back and try.
