This is a chain and they do a good job. The food comes out promptly and they check in that all is okay. Margaritas are great, but you really don't need to buy the expensive tequila. Remember, it is being blended with lots of other liquids so it will still taste like a good margarita with the cheapest tequila.

Took over 45 mins to get served on our lunch hour. Nothing could be done, but the manager and server tried their best to get our food packed up so we could take it to go. We did all enjoy our meals, I had steak and salad with tomatoes and garlic. It was too bad our large party won't risk being late again. Go there after lunch hour and I'm sure you'll be pleased.

Had the new Enchiladas. They had no taste really. Picture on menu looks really good. Service by Tiffany was good. Parking easy.

Last nights dinner experience was so bad here it was almost comical. We were greeted and seated promptly by a very friendly host. And that's pretty much where anything positive about our experience ended. We sat at our table for 15 minutes as servers hurriedly passed us by. Finally we asked someone who our server was. No one seemed to know. A few minutes later a young man apologized and said there was a mix up and he would be taking care of us. We had wanted an appetizer but skipped it due to the wait, and put in our drink and dinner order immediately. 5 minutes later we got our drinks and thankfully some chips. As we we were waiting for our dinner we watched as every table around us became more and more pissed off at the poor service. People were really getting mad. The restaurant was busy but they had MANY servers working so we still don't understand what was going on. Our dinner arrived pretty quickly, but some things were incorrect on the order and our server said he'd take care of it. Although we did eat most of our dinner (mainly because we'd been famished from our 20 mile bicycle ride that day) it was not good. The steaks were grayish in color and the asparagus was raw. We told our server about the raw asparagus and his response was "oh that's because they're sautueed". We did not eat the raw "sautéed" veggie. Meanwhile the table behind us got tired of waiting for a server to at least greet them and got up and left for the bar in hope of service. After about an hour of being here a manager FINALLY was called over to the now fuming 2 tables to our left. She apologized to both tables but never gave an explanation of why things I were falling apart in this area of the restaurant. She did not seem capable of handling the guest complaints. Nor did she think to check the other tables to make sure everything was ok. People had been waiting for their bill for 25 minutes and missed the movie the were trying to go to. There meal should've been on Chilis. Though we wanted dessert and coffee, my husband and I did not want to extend this experience any further. We never got our bill, we payed on the little kiosk. I will say that I don't think any of this was our servers fault. He remained friendly through all the chaos. Something was keeping him and all the other servers from being with their tables, they would stay gone for long periods of time. Perhaps a manager should've stepped in to help them run food and drinks. This type of situation happens far too often with Chilis restaurants (not just this location). It is doubtful we will go there again. We wish we'd have stayed and waited the 25 minutes at Codys roadhouse which is always good.

Party of three .. salads were nice and cold BUT all food that was supposed to be hot was also cold. Two members of party returned food 2 or 3 times for reheating but is still came back cold. Unbelievable but true!!!!! Two members of party gave up and did not eat their meal.....

Obviously, a warming lamp or microwave is not working!!!!!
