Lots of neat stuff. Great for when you need to get out of the sun or on a cloudy day. Lots of local history and fishing history (and I'm not a fishing fan). Add it to the list of "should visit" in the area.

Accidentally found this place and the history of the area is amazing. I love the movie and all the history it provides. Will definitely bring friends here to learn about the Treasure Coast

Went here for a surf fishing workshop, stayed to enjoy the museum. It was very interesting and had a lot of older fishing equipment.

Take a trip back into time before things are not near as easy as now. All the history how the inlet was built and the fishery that was responsible for it. Amazing photos from before refrigeration and how they fished, great place to spend a couple enjoyable hours!

Hidden gem and worth a visit; situated on the south-side of Sebastian Inlet State Park, nominal $8/car entry fee for north and south sides of the park. Plenty of parking and restrooms, with nice benches & tables overlooking the inlet. Museum is free and very well laid out with lots of local fishing and inlet history, a nice video presentation along with a small gift shop. There is a mockup of a fishing dock, examples of numerous rods, reels, and lures. Park ranger was charming and very knowledgeable about the local surroundings and the inlets history. Plan on spending 45-60 minutes to take in the museum; then enjoy a nice picnic lunch overlooking the inlet.
